Delivery Information
We take great care in preparing each of our hampers so they arrive beautifully presented and ready to enjoy or gift.
Where we deliver
We deliver New Zealand-wide to residential and business addresses.
Please note:
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes
- We are unable to deliver directly to hospital recipients. Deliveries can only be made to reception, so we cannot guarantee safe delivery
To avoid any delays or issues, we recommend using a home or business address where someone can receive the hamper.
Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
NZ Nationwide (Tracked Shipping)
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Once dispatched, please allow:
- North Island: 2 full working days
- South Island: 3 full working days
We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. During busy periods, there may be slight delays and we appreciate your patience.
Tracking Your Order
Once your hamper has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey right to the door.
International Shipping
At this stage, we only deliver within New Zealand and do not offer international shipping.
Returns & Refunds
Because our hampers contain carefully curated and often perishable items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, we want every order to arrive just as it should. If something is not quite right, whether it has been damaged in transit or there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
