We cannot deliver to a PO Box and can only deliver to the reception area in a hospital therefore there is no guarantee your hamper will be delivered safely to the recipient. We can deliver to any home address or business address in New Zealand.

Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number once your hamper is dispatched.
Please reach out to us as soon as you receive your hamper if there are any damages, items missing and we will rectify this for you.
Yes, we encourage you to add that extra special touch to include a message that will be sent with your hamper. These will be printed on our Ora Handpicked Hamper Cards.
You may cancel your hamper within 4 hours of placing an order provided we have not dispatched the hamper.
At Ora Handpicked Hampers it is all about designing and gifting the products of your choice and something that fits your budget. You can choose to create a hamper from scratch or select one of our thoughtfully created hampers or add additional products if you wish.
Yes, a Tax Invoice will be sent on completion of your order.
